Teams
One account, every team you work with. A freelancer joins the teams they work for and keeps their own log; a team lead sees hours, income and project burn as they happen. Built, and in a private pilot with one business before it opens to everyone.
- Join several teams from one account; your own clients, invoices and tax estimate stay yours
- Leave a team and keep a personal copy of the entries you logged there
- Team dashboard, team time as a list or calendar, team clients and projects with budgets
- Team reports: income by member, hours by client, project burn against budget, CSV export
- Invite by email with a seat and a rate; two seats on the Business plan, more per seat
- NextWhen the beta has proved itself

- Expense categorisation that learns from your past entries, opt-in, with no data leaving the UK
- Multi-currency invoicing for clients abroad with automatic conversion

If a feature you care about is planned, email support@fthehours.io and we will tell you when it ships.
